When I exported a sequence in premier, it would not recognize the movie and says there is an unknown error. I have checked the encoder settings and they are as I always configure them: H.264.

We try to render 400+ AEP. I've got a watch folder set up to export AE projects with next settings: H.264 (1280x720, FPS 25, VBR 2 pass, 1.5 target 2 max; AAC 48000Hz, 320 kbps). The error appeared within the first 30 projects:

we had 400+ videos going overnight, it might only do so many of them before the error arised. When I clicked to continue render proccess (at that point where it stopped) AME started doing that but without images and video files (it didn't find the path to the project files).
Can anybody help with this, please?

multiple audio tracks
Hi there
I have a *.avi file with two audio tracks (languages) ist there a way to preserve those in AME? I always end up with h264 with one track where AME muxed both tracks into a single one. Sure it's just a stupid beginners mistake. Any help?

Any ideas why I get this message trying to run Adobe Media Encoder?
I receive this message after seeing the splash screen - after a few seconds
Already uninstalled and re-installed - no change
I assume this is also why I cannot publish as a video out of Captivate 9.
Anyone else having this problem?

ME is Very long to open an AE project
Hello !
I have a problem with ME since 1 or 2 weeks.
When I put a composition to ME queue in AE, ME take 10-15 min to open. Same problem if I want to change some export settings.
After that, ME is very long to export the project.
I've try to unistall all CC programs and reinstall, but same problem ..
Maybe a dynamic link error ?

I've bought the Production Bundle, (not CC but actual disc) which includes AME. I've never attempted to uyse it until now. It looks like I ned to install it but when I click that action is is locked. What do I need to do?

No Audio and Missing Adjustment Layer on Adobe Media Encoder Export?
I have an issue with Adobe Media Encoder.
Tried rendering out a 3:14 long video in .mp4 (Youtube 1080p and Facbeook 720p presets) and it doesn't render correctly. Audio is always completely silent, and one of the adjustment layers doesn't render either.
When I render as a (absolutely freakin' huge) .mov using After Effect's Render Queue, it works just fine.
Does anyone know what's going on?

Cannot encode h.264 4K portrait video 2160x3840
I'm trying to encode 4K portrait h.264 .mp4 and I get the following message "Frame dimesions are not supported. Please check that both width/height alues are within limits."
As a temporary work around I'm rendering Landscape 3840x2160 with my content rotated 90 degrees. This will not be good enough in the long run though as I have to produce content for a digital signage player that outputs portrait 2160x3840.
Is there a way to force 2160x3840 or will this resolution be supported in the near future?

Modify metada of output video file ?

I'd like to be able to create a preconfiguration profile in Media Encoder that would be able to write specific metadata in video file produced (MP4). Is it possible ? as in Media Encoder you don't get access at such options when you create a preconfiguration profile !

Struggling to get AME working, only needed to render an after effects project
Okay, so i have tried several things trying to get my media encoder to work. Things such as firewall, dynamic link failed related topics and also re-downloading the whole package again. i had spent a whole day trying solely to fix one thing and all i needed was to render an after effects project i had however the trial has ended for that software. Can anyone be so kind and render the project for me into a movie file like mp4 or avi?1080p? it's literally the only thing i needed AME for and i can't get it to work no matter what solutions people have suggested so far, nothing had been working.

EError: “AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed
I have a corporate license to Adobe software. I am using Premiere Pro CC 2015 and After Effects CC 2015. Today, I was having an issue using an MP2 file with Premiere Pro. So I saw something and ran "Updates" hoping it would solve the issue. I don't know what it did but it broke After Effects. When trying to export a lower thirds project, I got the following error: “AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature. Go to https://creative.adobe.com/apps." which is then followed by AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Failed to connect to Adobe Media Encoder.” I uninstalled After Effects and Premiere Pro and re-installed them both. I still get the same error. I assumed Adobe Media Encoder was installed but when I go look in the same folder where the other Adobe software is (Programs), it's not there.
How does Adobe Media Encoder get installed (part of PP or AE)? I also found a URL where I could download an AE "update" - ran that and I get an error saying the "patch is not applicable to you". I think somehow through this process Adobe Media Encoder was uninstalled and not re-installed with either PP or AE.

Playback and Editing of H.264 SVC files
This is not directly related to AME, but I was hoping someone with codec expertise would be able to help me out. I am dealing with files captured by IP security cameras. They are H.264 SVC files (not AVC). I need to be able to be able to play back these files on various Windows XP machines using a standard player like VLC media player or Windows media player. Occasionally, I'll need to edit some of them using Premiere Pro CS4. I cannot get Premiere to recognize these files, nor can I get anything to play them back. I assume it's the SVC nature of these files that's giving me problems? If so, what codec(s) do I need to work with them?

Convert wmv to mp4 audio lost
I have AME 6.0.2 for MAC. I'm trying to convert a .wmv file to .mp4 using H.264 format. The exported video is correct but it doesn't have audio.
I don't know if I need a special audio codec. In that case, where can I found it?

Error message when ı choose HD formats on FMLE 3.2

Media Encoder CC 2015 Not rendering Lumetri effects
Mac OS 10.10.3
Mac Pro 2013 2.7Ghz 12 core
64GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC
AMD FirePro D700 6144 MB
Ive tried the following with Red Raw, Pro Res and .mp4 footage. If I add a Lumetri Color effect to a clip or adjustment layer and queue the timeline to Media encoder, no color effects show up on the final compressed file. The only way to get the color effect to show up is to bypass media compressor entirely and export directly from Premiere which stops me from working in Premiere. This is one of many issues I have had with this VERY buggy release. Anybody else experiencing this issue?
