Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015 9.2.0.26 crash on launch OS X

I've had problem for months now without resolution for Adobe Media Encoder.

I try to launch it and it gets to the point where that status indicates:

"Loading ExporterCoreAudio.bundle"

And then a dialog pops up that indicates:

"Adobe Media Encoder Error

Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue"

With an OK button - see the image below:

Any suggestions? Or more info I can provide?

I have already uninstalled and re-installed numerous times. Removed the OOBE folder, and other similar suggestions.

FWIW - I had a problem with Photoshop CC 2015 hanging on scripting additions loading - and it was finally tracked that down to a bug - reference here:

However, I still have problems with Adobe Media Encoder, Premiere and After Effects - note the info in that thread above where Chris Cox from Adobe mentioned  they all appear to use the same library, but need to be patched in different ways. Frustrating, as I haven't been able to use AME, Premiere or After Effects going on nearly 5 months now... Luckily I have another machine, and can use older versions - but paying for the cloud and not having things work properly is frustrating to say the least...
