Hi, I have an After Effects CC 2015 composition, five seconds long, which loops seamlessly. Looks fine in preview. But, when encoded via AME the seamless loop has developed a slight delay, no matter what format I render to.
My client wants a seamless H.264 transport stream file, but I seem unable to provide that using AME. It's not a black (or white) frame flash at the end - it's more of a pause. Frame by frame examination shows no extra or duplicate frames, so I'm flummoxed!
Strangely, a render directly from AE to a quicktime file works - seamlessly - perfectly... Until audio is added to that same comp. A render to quicktime then results in a loop delay.
Has anyone been able to create a seamless loop using After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder? I'd be very grateful for any help. As it stands, the client is suggesting that I loop the comp in AE and render out an eight hour video, to lessen the chances of viewers spotting the slight hiccough!!! Not ideal.
